Background
A new line was added to the factory. In response, the client requested a full replacement of the existing system with stainless steel, jacketed pipework.
Scope of Work – After Completion
The completed project involved the full installation of a stainless steel jacketed pipework system to keep liquid the chocolate for Easter Egg production as it is piped round the factory.

Precision Arc Engineering was responsible for the design of each component, assuring that a complete system would sit within the space provided.
Fabrication
All pipework was fabricated in-house at our workshop. Site welding was conducted during installation, with all welds purged using high-purity argon to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination.
Project Management
We provided comprehensive end-to-end project management, maintaining close collaboration with the client throughout each phase to ensure successful delivery.
Installation
The installation was completed over three weeks at our client's site in Telford. The installation included jacketed pipework, hot water copper pipe, and pneumatic lines.
