Sulphuric Acid Dosing System

Project Overview
Background
The original pipework system began to fail at the joints due to temperature-related stresses, resulting in severe leaks. In response, the client requested a full replacement of the existing system with stainless steel pipework.

Scope of Work – After Completion
The completed project involved the full installation of a stainless steel pipework system to support our client's process.

Project Breakdown
Project Design
Precision Arc Engineering was responsible for the complete design of the Sulphuric Acid dosing system. This included both internal and external layouts, encompassing all pipework, storage tanks, and instrumentation.

Fabrication
All pipework was fabricated in-house at our workshop. Site welding was conducted during installation, with all welds purged using high-purity argon to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination.

Project Management
We provided comprehensive end-to-end project management, maintaining close collaboration with the client throughout each phase to ensure successful delivery.

Testing
The sulphuric acid dosing system was rigorously tested to ensure reliable and accurate operation under expected field conditions. The testing process included calibration of the dosing pumps, verification of control logic, and leak checks across all pipework and containment areas.
